The Redeemer | BDAL
This is a character from the interactive animated short film my partner, Abbey, and I worked on. The character I am most proud of. They've been dubbed the Redeemer, as their role in the world is to act as sort of a "Guidance" to animal souls that have recently passed.
Some inspiration for their design is Stolas from Hazbin Hotel, Barn owls, Great Horned Owls, domestic house cats and Owl from Winnie the Pooh.

One of the earliest final renditions of the Redeemer. This was a test of scale, emotion, and posture. I inevitably scaled them up, going for a taller, thinner posture.
